The Personality Test
Everyone says that personality tests are not accurate, but how do we know for sure that it is or not? Some say, “Oh that is totally not me,” but you could be lying to your own self about who your really are, because you try to the best and perfect person, which is something we are not. Could we be doing the same in our walk with Christ, are we making everything a yes or no for example, “Do you pray?”, we can’t have these small checkboxes as our choices because then this isn’t something that is going to help in actuality. Do we sometimes take our Christian life like a personality test?

  1. I feel like we do at times because we try to compare ourselves to other Christians and make ourselves look like the better Christian. We need to stop comparing and check our lives first.

  2. I think we do it mainly because so we can feel good about ourselves. Christianity is a relationship with Jesus, it is never doing some particular things and checking off boxes.
